1 HP Power Operated Type:

Features:

• 1HP single phase motor (1440 RPM) operates with machine easily.
• Mounted on steel legs & Braces, with forged feet makes the machine easily bolted to the floor.
• Width of rising mouth 210 mm (8 1/4").
• Diameter of fly wheel is 32” or 36" with v-grove (as applicable).
• The Gear box of the machine is friction free and easy to run.
• 2 Nos. of High carbon steel blades are fitted with the machine.
• Machine is supplied with heavy iron chute with safety measures.
• Output Capacity : Green Fodder 300 to 350 Kgs per hour (approximately), Dry fodder 200 to 250 Kgs per hour (approximately)

1.5 HP Power Operated Type:

Features:

• 1.5HP single phase motor (1440 RPM) operates with machine easily.

3 HP Power Operated Type (Steel Gear Model):

Features:

• RK MARK AGROS make 3 HP steel geared model chaff cutter is fitted on heavy angle iron frame which is mounted on heavy angle legs and braces, with forged feet, which enable the machine to be easily bolted to the ground.
• It consists of forward and reverse mechanism by using bevel pinion gear system for instantly changing the motion. This avoids choking of the machine. This is an added advantage of the machine for the operator to prevent un-necessary accidents and also acts as a safety device.
• Length of the fodder can be changed by the way of adjusting the gear lever instantly.
• All gears are duly hardened.
• It can chaff Sugarcane, Jowar, Maize, Barseem grass both dry and green.
• Output Capacity : Green Fodder 1000 to 1200 Kgs. per hour (approximately), Dry fodder 500 to 600 Kgs. per hour (approximately)

5 HP Power Operated Type (Downward Blower Model):

Features:

• RK MARK AGROS make 5HP downward blower Model chaff cutter is mainly developed for commercial use and for dairy farms with 50 or more animals.
• It is fitted on heavy angle iron frame which is mounted on heavy angle legs and braces, with forged feet, which enable the machine to be easily bolted to the ground.
• It consists of forward and reverse mechanism by using bevel pinion gear system for instantly changing the motion. This avoids choking of the machine. This is an added advantage of the machine for the operator to prevent un-necessary accidents and also acts as a safety device.
• Length of the fodder can be changed by the way of adjusting the gear lever instantly.
• All gears are duly hardened.
• Six fan blades are fitted on the fly wheel which throws the chaffed fodder away from the machine (5 to10 feet)
• It can chaff Sugarcane, Jowar, Maize, Barseem grass both dry and green.
• Output Capacity : Green Fodder 1500 to 2000 Kgs per hour(approximately), Dry fodder 800 to 1000 Kgs per hour(approximately)

Technical Instructions:

• Operates on a 5 H.P. electric motor or any equivalent power diesel engine.
• Length of cut from 10mm to 50mm approximately.
• 500 to 550 RPM required.
• Before starting the machine, fill the main gear box with 200 to 250 ml lubricating oil No. 90 and the outer gear box with 100 to 150 ml lubricating oil No. 90.
• Always keep the blades sharp. Keep a distance of 1mm to 1.5mm between blades and mouth piece.

7.5 HP Power Operated Type (Upward Blower Model With Conveyor):

Features:

• RK MARK AGROS make 7.5HP downward blower model with conveyor chaff cutter is mainly developed for commercial use and for dairy farms with 75 or more animals.
• It is fitted on heavy angle iron frame which is mounted on heavy angle legs and braces, with forged feet, which enable the machine to be easily bolted to the ground.
• It consists of forward and reverse mechanism by using bevel pinion gear system for instantly changing the motion. This avoids choking of the machine. This is an added advantage of the machine for the operator to prevent un-necessary accidents and also acts as a safety device.
• Length of the fodder can be changed by the way of adjusting the gear lever instantly.
• All gears are duly hardened.
• Six fan blades are fitted on the fly wheel which throws the chaffed fodder away from the machine (10 to15 feet).
• It can chaff Sugarcane, Jowar, Maize, Barseem grass both dry and green.
• Output Capacity : Green Fodder 2000 to 2500 Kgs per hour(approximately), Dry fodder 1200 to 1500 Kgs per hour(approximately)

Tractor PTO Operated Type (Upward Blower Model Mobile Type):

Features:

• RK MARK AGROS make Tractor PTO operated type both upward and downward blower model chaff cutter is mainly developed for commercial use and for dairy farms with 100 or more animals.
• It is fitted on a heavy angle iron chassis with axle driven by pneumatic wheels, which is attached with a hook to get connected with the tractor for moving the machine from place to place.
• It consists of forward and reverse mechanism by using bevel pinion gear system for instantly changing the motion. This avoids choking of the machine.
• Length of the fodder can be changed by the way of adjusting the gear lever instantly.
• All gears are duly hardened.
• The fly wheel of the machine has six fan blades that throw the chaffed material upto 10 to 15 feet or into the trolley which can be attached to the machine.
• The machine is attached to the tractor with a P.T.O shaft. It can also be operated while on the move.
• It can chaff Sugarcane, Jowar, Maize, Barseem grass both dry and green.
• Output Capacity : Green Fodder 2500 to 3000 Kgs per hour (approximately), Dry fodder 1500 to 2000 Kgs per hour (approximately)
