Axial Flow Paddy Thresher

RK MARK AGROS make Axial Flow Paddy Thresher is suitable to thresh Paddy and Black Gram in the field. It is operated by 15 HP Air-Cooled Diesel Engine / 35 HP above Tractor PTO. It consists of Feeding Chute, Threshing Cylinder (Peg Type), Concave, Oscillating Box, Winnowing and Cleaning attachment.

Features

RK MARK AGROS make Thresher separates Pure Grains / Straw / Dust / other waste and send them out through their respective mouths as according to the crop.
It can thresh Paddy 30 – 40 Quintals (approximate) per hour and Black Gram 15 - 20 Quintals (approximate) per hour.
Threshing efficiency is 100% and the Cleaning efficiency is 99%.
Thresher can be towed by tractor from place to place to any corner of the field.
The thresher gives best result with lesser fuel consumption.
To thresh other crops, change the Sieve and adjust the concave clearance, cylinder speed.
Threshing is totally completed in a single pass.
Threshing does not damage the edges of the grains, hence suitable for seed purpose.
Thresher can be coupled with all types of tractor’s PTO.
